La Caprara
The villa was restructured from an old farmhouse following the traditional
architecture brought back to life by Tuscan and Umbrian artisans. The
result is an exquisite mixture of simplicity and class, warmth, and rustic
details. The three-story property built of local pietra serena and chestnut
wood, features 5 suites, each singularly decorated and hand-painted to
reflect the colors of the serene surroundings and the Lake Trasimeno.
The top floor - the mansard - hosts two guest rooms and a spacious area

Casale Sodini
The ancient casale, now beautifully restored, was partially used as a
farmhouse and a mill for the family and local inhabitants. Its simple
lines have no architectural pretence.The material used in the construction
are those of the time - hand-made bricks, timber beamed ceiling, terracotta
floors. Furnishings have been carefully selected to provide the utmost
comfort and luxury all throughout the property. Immerse in quiet, silent,
and serene surroundings, its timeless ancient atmosphere is still present.
